Lead Times:
All our made to measure goods are on 5 to 14 working days delivery to mainland UK customers. Customers outside the mainland UK would need to add the length of time shipping will take ( please e-mail or call us.). We usually delivery well within the 7 to 10 days quoted, however at certain times of year our lead time can extend past the quoted dates due to spikes in demand. At these times we will offer refunds where required.

Fast-track.
All our made to measure goods can be fast-tracked. A premium is usually payable for this service and varies from product to product. However as a general rule of thumb fast-tracking an order will attract around a 15% premium. Please e-mail or call us prior to ordering if you would like to fast-track your goods.

UK Mainland Deliveries.
UK Mainland Delivery is Free on all orders for made to measure curtains and blinds over £99.00, delivery for orders below £99.00 is £6.95.

Saturday Delivery. Should you wish to arrange a Saturday delivery a surcharge of £22 is payable with your order.(please e-mail or call for details)

AM. Deliveries. Should you wish to arrange an AM delivery a surcharge of £12 is payable with your order.(please e-mail or call for details.)

Not at home during the day? You can have goods delivered to your works address if required.

Non UK mainland deliveries.

Worldwide Deliveries.

We offer delivery to most countries in the world, however you will need to e-mail us your requirements prior to placing your order. Delivery charges vary greatly depending on the type/size/weight or your goods. With this in mind we quote for delivery on a case by case basis. Please note we are unable to supply roman blinds to US customers.
