Window Measurements.
As we manufacture goods to your specifications please ensure you
have read and understood the measuring guide as items ordered to the
wrong size cannot be replaced or re manufactured free of charge. If you are
unsure please e-mail or call or customer services for advice.
Manufacturing Tolerances.
Roman Blinds: Our roman blinds are manufactured using soft furnishing fabrics. As such our tolerances are as follows: - 1.5cms on the width and - 1cms on the drop.
Curtains: Tolerance on the drop of made to measure curtains - 1cms.
Discontinued or out of stock items
We will always make every effort to remove discontinued fabrics
or stock from our web site. If you order an item which is temporarily
out of stock or discontinued we will contact you as soon as we become
aware of the problem. You will be offered a full refund or we will
advise you on alternative fabrics.
VAT.
The prices quoted on our site are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Carriage.
See above for current rates.
We require a signature for all our deliveries. If you are not
going to be in at the expected time of delivery please feel free have
your goods sent to either your works address or that of a family member
who will be in. An alternative address for delivery can be entered at
the checkout, or e-mail or call our customer services. If you are out
when our carriers try to deliver they will leave a card and a phone
number for you to call. The carrier will arrange to deliver the goods on
a different day. Please be aware the carrier may charge you if no-one
is available to take delivery on a rearranged day. This charge is
between you and the carrier, Arcadia Textiles will not contribute
towards these cost’s.
Inspection of Goods.
If on receipt of your goods where the packaging is obviously
damaged please sign the carriers note “goods received packaging
damaged”. and advise us immediately either by phone or by e-mail. Should
your goods have been damaged in transit Arcadia will repair or replace
them free of charge using the insurance supplied by the carrier.
Made to measure items.
All Arcadia goods are hand made and inspected at every stage to
ensure the are delivered to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely
event that there is a problem with manufacture or the fabric please
contact us for a returns number. No return can be accepted without a
returns number. If the goods supplied have been manufactured incorrectly
or a fault exists with either the materials or workmanship Arcadia will
either repair or replace the goods at no cost to you. We will carry out
these rectifications as a matter of priority.
As all our made to measure goods are manufactured to your specification and not suitable for re-sale by ourselves we cannot credit, refund or remake any order due to incorrectly supplied information. However if you find that you have entered measurements incorrectly please contact us as in certain circumstances alterations can be made for a nominal charge.
Cut length fabrics: All cut length fabrics are inspected prior to dispatch, however please check your fabric carefully for faults as we cannot refund or replace faulty fabric after it has been cut. Any fabric returns must be clearly marked with a goods returned number. Please e-mail or call customer services for a returns number.
Ready Made goods.
Ready made goods can be returned within 28 days of purchase,
provided they are un-used and in a re-saleable condition. All returned
goods must be clearly marked with a goods returned number. Please e-mail
or call customer services for a goods returned number. Refunds will be
made less carriage cost’s in the case of non-faulty items and only to
the Debit/credit card used. In cases were a customer has paid by another means, the refund will be made back by that means..
Payment.
You can pay for your goods at the checkout on the site. All
payments handled through the site are processed using the following
agents: Paypal, HSBC Merchant, Google Checkout. Alternatively you call
our customer services and pay by Debit or Credit card over the phone.
Privacy.
We will never knowingly supply your details to any third party
without your written consent. We may occasionally use your details to
contact you with new products or offers from our company. You may
unsubscribe to this service by calling our customer services at any time
or sending an e-mail to our customer contact adress stating your name
and address and we will remove you from our list.
